underwhelming stay. service issues persisted
communication issues id checks
the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The staff seemed nice, but more training is needed. they did not communicate well, so i often received multiple orders after long waits. also, the lack of id checks was a real concern. Anyone could use the pool or gym.

the staff provided very nice service . i received a room upgrade upon arrival. i found the private beach to be amazing and clean. i enjoyed several meals at the on-site restaurants , especially the fresh seafood options.
i found the evening entertainment to be minimal , which was slightly disappointing.

the beach was easily accessible and quite beautiful. the lobby looked beautiful and had a piano.
i thought the staff were a bit slow, lacking the efficiency you expect from a five-star resort.
